As an experienced chocolatier, our client has worked in some of the country’s top locations and is now set to create a venue of her own. All handmade on site, it was important that the bespoke nature of the chocolate making process was visible to her customers. The kitchen is therefore located on the ground floor, allowing full vision through from the retail space and offering customers front row seats while perching and drinking their hot chocolates.
