Matt began his career working in Product and Industrial design where he developed his keen eye for detail and obsession for the inner workings of a project. This was followed by time spent with some of the country’s leading interior and branding design agencies, where he helped national and international brands create immersive customer experiences.
The construction phase of our projects, combined with Matt’s passion for how things ‘work’, mean not only will you end up with an incredible design and concept on paper, you’ll also get the reality.
As well as heading up the detailing and construction phase of our projects, Matt is also the main point of contact throughout your time working with us, making sure you’re always kept updated throughout the process.

Kayleigh’s career in the design industry is vast and varied, with experience spanning across retail, hospitality and leisure. She has designed award winning concepts for some of the world’s leading brands, creating truly unforgettable customer experiences in the process.
As Copper & Ash’s creative visionary, Kayleigh will take you through the whole design process, from initial concept, right through to the final design and specification. Working with you to bring your vision to life, Kayleigh’s passion for her craft is infectious and there is nothing she loves more than creating interiors that truly represent you.
