Kayleigh is the creative visionary behind our studio, bringing 20 years of experience designing for leading brands and independent businesses. She combines creativity with strategic thinking to craft interiors that are both stunning and functional, tailored to each client’s needs.
As the leader of our design team, Kayleigh ensures every project meets the highest standards, delivering spaces that stand out in the world of commercial interiors.
Outside of work, she enjoys weekend adventures with her husband and daughter and is currently channelling her creativity into renovating her listed home with her signature flair.
Matt is the first point of contact for every project, ensuring seamless communication and building strong relationships with clients, both new and long-standing. Known for his pragmatic approach and meticulous attention to detail, he plays a critical role in the development and growth of Copper and Ash.
With 15 years of experience across some of the nation’s leading interior and branding agencies, Matt brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the team. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father of two, balancing his professional achievements with a strong commitment to family life.
Passionate, efficient, and endlessly creative, Katie brings fresh ideas and a friendly approach to every project she takes on. Her dedication to her work and her colleagues makes her an invaluable member of the team, always going the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
Away from the desk, Katie is a devoted mother of one and a lover of the great outdoors, often found on country walks with her dog, Coops—who occasionally makes charming appearances on video calls. She’s also a talented baker, with her lemon drizzle cake earning legendary status among those lucky enough to try it!
Chloe’s design journey began in Milan, where her passion for interiors truly took off. After that, she spent six years at one of the country’s leading design agencies, honing her skills and gaining invaluable experience. With her knack for problem-solving and love of a challenge, Chloe brings fresh insight and creativity to every project she works on.
Outside of work, you’ll find Chloe getting her hands dirty—whether that’s crafting ceramics, tending to her growing collection of houseplants, or exploring new places on a camping trip. She’s all about staying curious and creative, both in and out of the studio.
