A complete office refurb, tailored to suit the needs of a growing business.

Our client, a successful steel manufacturing company in the heart of the Black Country, was looking to bring their tired offices up to date. With years of expansion, they extended multiple times into adjacent office space, which resulted in an unusual layout that didn’t meet their needs.

We were tasked with reconfiguring the entire space and designing a concept that would reflect their brand. We worked with them to understand how each member of staff worked on a daily basis, the space they required and any storage we’d need to account for. A key element was the inclusion of a central directors office. We proposed a ‘pod’ with glass partitions to 3 sides and barn style glass doors to offer the flexibility of being open or closed depending on the task in hand.

Our concept was built on their already established brand, which we referenced throughout – using relevant materials and colour choices to bring the space to life. We implemented industrial finishes such as corrugated metal, crittal windows and ply board to reflect the business offering and stay on brand.
