A new bistro bar and restaurant brought to life from a long-held ambition to create a welcoming space at the heart of the local community.
Set within the owner’s home village, this project was driven by a desire to bring people together over great food and drink. Designed to feel inclusive and relaxed, the space welcomes guests throughout the day – from casual lunches and after-school bites to special evenings out – establishing itself as a true neighbourhood hub.
The interiors blend warm, earthy tones with layered fabrics, rich textures and considered greenery, creating an atmosphere that feels both approachable and refined. A carefully planned lighting scheme allows the mood to shift seamlessly from day to night, ensuring the space feels just as inviting for a morning coffee as it does for celebratory dinners or late-night drinks.
The result is a versatile, characterful venue that balances comfort with quality, supporting the owner’s vision while offering a place for the community to gather, connect and return to time and again.

We are a fit out company and required the services of an interior design company specialising in commercial design. I contacted Matt and Kayleigh of Copper and Ash who right from the word go engaged with our client and delivered an amazing scheme. For us as a contractor we were given all of the exact specifications and detail required in order to provide an accurate quotation bearing in mind the clients budget. Both Matt and Kayleigh were in contact during the design process to run past me the use of different materials and design ideas they had to make sure they were feasible and cost effective without affecting their design. Once we were contracted to do the fit out they were always on hand to assist with any alterations to design mainly due to materials and always came back to me rapidly. The whole process has been a joy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for an up to date wow design delivered by professionals that think outside the box. I am a great believer in "you get what you pay for" and I think Copper and Ash are definitely value for money.
