The design introduces a tight, considered palette of materials chosen for durability, ease of maintenance and repeatability across multiple sites. Robust finishes were prioritised throughout, with low-level walls clad in tiles, concrete and timber-effect materials to whitstand heavy footfall while maintaining visual warmth.

To enhance spatial perception, an up-and-over booth seating design was introduced, helping to create height within the concept while forming distinctive architectural moments. Bespoke features, including back-to-back booth seating and a metal framework positioned above the counter, were designed to subtly zone the space and reinforce the brand’s identity.
