A workplace environment that reflected the brand & its values, while offering the flexibility and functionality needed.
Strategy Plus is an established digital marketing agency based in the Jewellery Quarter. They were looking to move from their rented location to put down roots and design an office of their own.
They were keen to reflect on the past 18 months and ensure flexible working was part of their working strategy moving forward. They envisaged their staff combining office life with working from home, so designing a space that people wanted to spend time in was essential. It was also important to make every space work hard; multifunctional zones for video production, video calls and photography were a must.
An efficient space plan was crucial to make this happen. A small kitchenette with a drop down screen was introduced, enabling the space to be hidden away when not in use. It also ensured a larger backdrop could be achieved for video production. With sustainability important to the client, we reused their furniture, making it work in their new space.
White walls and a concrete effect floor formed the ideal backdrop for the bespoke birch ply joinery In line with their recent rebrand, we ensured we incorporated pops of colour through the upholstery, wall graphics and wall and grout finishes. Accent lighting, a moss wall feature and AV screens added movement and theatre to the space to ultimately create a vibrant and dynamic workplace.
